Article 3 — Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Côte Céran and to every Agreement concluded between Côte Céran and the Customer.

Before an Agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions is made available to the Customer. These Terms & Conditions are also published on our website so that the Customer can easily save or print them.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 4 — The Offer

All offers made by Côte Céran are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the product, sufficient to allow the Customer to make a well-informed purchasing decision. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Côte Céran.

Images and specifications shown are indicative. Côte Céran cannot guarantee that displayed colours exactly match the actual colour of the product.

Offers and promotions are valid while stocks last and do not automatically apply to repeat or future orders.

Article 5 — The Agreement

The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts the offer and completes payment for the relevant product through our website. Upon conclusion of the Agreement, Côte Céran will confirm the order to the Customer by e-mail.

Côte Céran is not bound by an offer if the Customer could reasonably have understood that the offer contained an obvious mistake or error.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Only unopened products with an intact seal can be returned. For reasons of health and hygiene, opened products cannot be returned, in line with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us at care@coteceran.com before sending the product back.

Article 7 — Delivery

Côte Céran will take the greatest possible care when processing and delivering orders. Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. If a product is temporarily unavailable, Côte Céran will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer once the product has been delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Article 8 — Subscriptions

If the Customer chooses a subscription (recurring delivery) option, the subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval until cancelled by the Customer. The Customer can pause, change the frequency of, or cancel the subscription at any time via their account or by contacting care@coteceran.com.

Article 9 — Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in euros and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Côte Céran reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are accepted via the payment methods made available at checkout (such as iDEAL, credit card, and other supported providers). Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed.

Article 10 — Liability

Côte Céran's products are cosmetic skincare products and should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and product page.

Product information is compiled with care and updated regularly. Minor variations in product formulation, packaging, or description may occur due to production updates. Côte Céran is not liable for printing, typesetting, or typographical errors in product descriptions.

Côte Céran is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product, or from a failure to follow the usage instructions. If the Customer has sensitive skin, known allergies, or is pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend performing a patch test and/or consulting a healthcare professional before use.

Côte Céran's liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order.

Complaints about the execution of the Agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, to care@coteceran.com. Côte Céran will respond to complaints as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt.
