Shipping & Delivery

We ship Côte Céran products worldwide, so wherever you are, you can experience the difference for yourself. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking code, so you always know exactly where your package is.

Processing Time

We process every order with care, usually within 1-2 business days of purchase. During busy periods (such as sales or restocks), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

We ship worldwide. On average, orders arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location, local customs procedures, and carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we work with trusted carriers to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking code. You can use this code to follow your package every step of the way, right up to your front door.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship completely free, worldwide. No matter where you are, there are no shipping costs added at checkout.

In almost all cases, there are no import duties or customs fees either. In the rare event that local customs do apply a duty or fee, this cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Where Is My Order?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, don't worry, this occasionally happens with international shipping. Simply reach out to us at care@coteceran.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you right away.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@coteceran.com with a photo of the package and its contents. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
